We have been very busy the past several months here in the SANY Dealer Development department. We have completed many foundational projects that will build strong relationships with our dealers in the coming months. Listed below, please find a short summary of some key initiatives.

Progress Report & Updates

Market Study: We have completed a comprehensive market study of all of North America. Now we really have a good understanding of the markets that have great potential and where to concentrate our efforts. We have several metro areas and many other areas where we have no SANY representation. The market study provides a good baseline to build our dealer network in an organic fashion.

Sign and Branding Program: We have completed work on a sign and branding program. We did a very broad search to find the right fit and we have hired the Anchor Sign Company of Charleston, South Carolina to be the exclusive manufacturers of all SANY signs.

Shortly after the first of the year, we will be able to offer to all our dealers SANY brand signs for the dealership and a little later on, branding and merchandising elements for your showroom. We hope to be able to show examples of the new signs in January at the dealer meeting.

End User and Dealer Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Scoring System: During the first quarter of 2019 we will announce a new CSI scoring program. This will be a net promoter based scoring system and will provide valuable feedback to SANY about how our customers and dealers think we are doing.

5 Year Strategy: We have completed a comprehensive 5 year strategy for SANY Sales. This is truly a plan that will keep us on the right path for significant growth. We will announce details at the dealer meeting in January 2019.

Dealer Financial Tools: We are in the middle of developing some dealer financial tools that will help our dealers analyze their businesses and find ways to sell more units and make more money. It will be my pleasure to visit many of you in 2019 and put these tools to good use. I have a fairly extensive background in dealer business management and look forward to what we can accomplish. I hope to have everything completed first quarter of 2019.
