It remains to be a very exciting time for SANY as we continue to grow and adapt as a company while staying motivated and customer focused. As we have discussed on many occasions, our industry is confronting a time of many changes and we’re meeting these changes during a time of nation-wide and global change. Additional information on the direction we are heading in will be shared at the upcoming dealer meeting in January.
If you recall from our Dealer Meeting last year, there was great concern over lack of inventory. We listened to your concerns and shared a plan to have inventory on the ground so this will no longer be an issue. Over the past six months, we have made significant improvements in our S&OP process and for the first time, have more than 275 machines on the ground in Peachtree City in December with an additional 545 units arriving throughout Q1 and 640 in Q2. Over the next 30 days, your Regional Manager will be sitting down with you to review your SANY machine inventory on hand as well as your future DORF and Retail forecast to meet your market and business needs.
For this plan to remain viable and successful we will be discussing the importance of investing in carrying local inventory on the ground at each of your dealerships to support immediate end-user market demands. We all know that availability sells, this new replenishment we will a topic of discussion at our Dealer meeting in January.
To ensure we have the best product for the market, we have established a new Product Management team to be the voice of the company for excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders and compaction rollers. Listed below, please find our new team members:

As I stated at our last dealer meeting, you are truly our greatest asset today and tomorrow, and we could not accomplish what we do without your support and leadership in the marketplace. Thank you for your engagement and for keeping us proactive and for helping us shape the future of SANY. My personal respect and thanks go out to all of you.
